| Volume of hyperbolic manifolds and distances of Heegaard splittings
We show that the volume of a closed hyperbolic 3-manifold can be bounded from above and below in terms of combinatorial data determined by one of its Heegaard splittings. This is a joint work with Jeff Brock. | ||
