The 71st Midwest Partial Differential Equations Seminar May 11-12, 2013 Room TBA East Hall University of Michigan Ann Arbor, MI   Abstract Detail   Title: Low-regularity local wellposedness of Chern-Simons-Schroedinger System The Chern-Simons-Schroedinger model in two spatial dimensions is a covariant NLS-type problem that is mass critical. By using the so-called heat gauge and exploring null structure in the nonlinearity, we obtain local wellposedness for initial data which is small in $H^s$, for s>0.
