Welcome to the home page for the Methods of Logic in Mathematics Series. The meetings associated with this series will take place at the Euler International Mathematical Institute which is a part of Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Take a look at What's New in our web. The purpose of this working group is to promote the study of logical methods in mathematics through joint research, publication and workgroup meetings involving institutions, researchers and students. The organizers of the series intend that it become a forum for logicians and other mathematicians to discuss relations and interactions between logic and other branches of mathematics. The first conference Logic, algebra and geometry took place on June 1-7, 2004 and the second July 18-24, 2005. The Methods of Logic in Mathematics 2007 will take place in conjunction with a special celebration of Leonhard Euler, the namesake of the Euler International Mathematical Institute in St. Petersburg.
