Mark Banaszak Holl: The Scientific Method

Abstract

The Scientific Method is a powerful approach for teaching and learning about the natural world. We will define key terms associated with the Scientific Method and explore how competing hypotheses and theories can be developed to explain a single set of physical observations. We will compare and contrast the Scientific Method with other human constructs for expression and comprehension such as Religion and Art.
