My main research area is combinatorics, especially its applications in algebra, geometry, and other areas of mathematics. Most of my research over the past decade was related to cluster algebras, a class of commutative rings endowed with a rich combinatorial structure. Several survey papers on my website (see also the Cluster Algebras Portal that I maintain) describe different aspects of this exciting field of research.
