Stability of the homology of a filtered Boolean algebra

I will present a relative complex of the order complex of a Boolean algebra whose homology obeys an interesting stability property. This relative complex construction is similiar to, but not the same as, rank-selected homology. I will also describe a connection between this complex and semi-standard Young tableaux which will allow me to present a basis for the stable case homology.
