Group Theory/Lie Theory Seminar

U-M Group Theory/Lie Theory Seminar

Schedule, Fall term 1997-98

The seminar meets 4-6pm on Mondays, in 3088 East Hall (a new room!). Related events are scheduled as indicated.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: As you can see, many dates are still open in the fall term. Please contact Bob Griess (rlg@math.lsa.umich.edu) if you're interested in speaking.

Directions: East Hall is behind Ulrich's on South University. Nearby boundaries are Church Street, South University and what was East University (now a pedestrian mall). A nearby public parking structure may be found on Forest, just south of South University. (Forest is one block E of Church St.) Limited metered parking is also available on streets nearby.

Click on highlighted dates or titles to read abstracts. If the scheduling information looks funny, it's probably because you're using a browser which doesn't deal well with tables (e.g., lynx, old versions of Mosaic); let me know if this is a problem.
