Bott Vanishing for Toric Varieties

A normal projective variety is said to have Bott vanishing, if for any ample line bundle L, the higher cohomology of L tensored with the Zariski differentials vanishes. I will present a simple criterion which implies Bott vanishing for normal varieties in characteristic p > 0. This criterion is satisfied for toric varieties.
