Construction of the moduli space of vector bundles on a curve

I will show that the the set of isomorphism classes of rank 2 stable vector bundles with determinant line bundle isomorphic to L, can be given the structure of an algebraic variety and when deg L = odd, this is actually the fine moduli space.
