Title:  Zero-free polynomial approximation and universality of the Riemann zeta-function

Abstract:   Recently, Johan Andersson has shown that a very natural conjecture on polynomial approximation is equivalent to a conjecture which would extend Voronin's spectacular universality theorem for the Riemann zeta-function.
