Title: On the dynamics of rational surface maps preserving a meromorphic two-form.
Abstract: I will present a recent joint work and work in progress with Jeff Diller on the study of rational surface maps which preserve a meromorphic two form. First, we show that under a mild assumption, such a map is birationally conjugate to one of the three cases which we call the Euclidean case, the smooth case, and the toric case. Then I will focus on the toric case. I will discuss various dynamical properties including algebraic stability and degree growth for maps in the toric case.
