Title: Quantum integer valued polynomials and stable representation theory
Abstract: We define a certain q-deformation of the ring of integer valued polynomials and discuss its combinatorial and algebraic properties as well as its connection to the asymptotic behavior of the representation theory of general linear groups over finite fields.
