Title: The Median quasi-state
Abstract: One of the few quasi-states which can be written down explicitly, and which does not require Floer theory to construct. This is due to an "accident": all symplectic quasi-states in two dimensions are topological quasi-statres (Aarnes). Floer theory is required to guarantee all desired properties even of the median quasi-state.
