I'm a fifth year PhD student in mathematics.

My advisor is Professor Sergey Fomin.

My main interests are enumerative and algebraic combinatorics, and their relations with algebraic geometry and representation theory. The following are some of my topics of interest:

  • Symmetric functions, tableaux combinatorics

  • Cohomology of the Grassmannian in types A and B, and its K-theory counterparts

  • Representations and projective representations of the Symmetric group

  • Schubert calculus on flag varieties, Schubert polynomials, Grothendieck polynomials

  • Coxeter groups, finite reflection groups, root systems

  • Cyclic sieving phenomenon

  • Enumerative aspects of ramified covers of the sphere

  • Factorizations of permutations, and the Hurwitz problem

Before coming to Michigan, I completed both, Undergraduate in Pure Mathematics, and Masters in the department of Combinatorics and Optimization, at the University of Waterloo under the supervision of Professor Ian Goulden.
