A sample game session
The game from start. The player is to select a piece.
The player selects the brown, vertical, round, hollow piece
and the computer puts it in row 1, column 1. The computer chooses
the brown, vertical, round, solid piece (displayed in the undermost square),
which the player is to place somewhere.
The player places this piece in row 2, column 4 and is
requested to select a piece for the computer to place out.
The player selects the black, horizontal, square, hollow piece
which the computer places in row 3, column 2. The computer gives away
the brown, horizontal, round, hollow piece (displayed in the
undermost box) for the player to place out.
The player places this piece in row 3, column 4 and is
requested to select a piece for the computer to place out.
The player selects the black, vertical, round, hollow piece
which the computer places in row 4, column 3. The computer gives away
the black, vertical, square, hollow piece.
The player places this piece in row 1, column 2.
The player selects the brown, horizontal, square, solid piece
which the computer places in row 2, column 1. The computer gives away
the brown, vertical, square, solid piece.
The player places this piece in row 3, column 1.
The player selects the brown, horizontal, square, hollow piece
which the computer places in row 2, column 2. The computer gives away
the brown, horizontal, round, solid piece.
The player places this piece in row 4, column 2.
The player selects the black, horizontal, round, solid piece
which the computer places in row 1, column 3. The computer gives away
the black, horizontal, square, solid piece.
The player places this piece in row 2, column 3.
The player selects the black, vertical, square, solid piece
which the computer places in row 1, column 4. The computer gives away
the brown, vertical, square, hollow piece.
The player places this piece in row 4, column 4.

The player selects the black, vertical, round, solid piece.
The computer cannot place this in row 3, column 3, because that would
make the column 3 all black. Nor can it place it in row 4, column 1,
because that would make one diagonal all black. Thus the computer
cannot place this piece anywhere, which means the game is over and
the player wins!
